NO SMOKING- smoking is forbidden in barns and on the Facility.

NO DRINKING- except some occasions like facility parties/ get together.

 

Drinking alcohol and using drugs impair judgment and are incompatible with riding.

 

DRIVE SLOWLY- park ONLY in allowed parking area. Horses always have right of way.

Do not block service reads or park in front of Residence or Barns

 

LIABILITY RELEASE FORMS- Only owners, sponsors, visitors and those who have signed a “Release of Liability Form” (in office &/or online via DocuSign) are allowed to be on the premises & around horses or ride on the premises. Boarders & sponsors are responsible for signing their guests in and familiarizing them with the ranch rules. Owners and management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the facility, stop riding or refuse at any time for safety, mistreatment of animals and/or people, and/or inappropriate behavior.

 

INSTRUCTORS, TRAINERS & SPONSORS- must be approved and appointed by management, and, are subject to facility fees, and proof of insurance-ask management.

 

HELMETS AND HEELS-footwear with heel is suggested when riding. No open toe shoes/ sandals. Helmets are MANATORY for children under 18 and recommended for all.

 

All Riders Ride AT their OWN RISK

Dogs are not permitted on the Facility
